Indigenous Peoples Day is up for voting in Montana!

Guess what!!! SB 224 up Feb. 5th at 3:00 pm. If you cannot show up to present/testify/advocate for the #IndigenousPeopleDay #IndigenousPeoplesDayMontana please consider calling your representatives this week and ask them to vote YES! to get IPD recognized on second Monday of each October. Yes, we are willing to collaborate and have both days on the same day. We are still based on celebrating ALL of our ancestral lineages.
If you cannot call, send an email to Shane Morigeau @shane@shaneformt.com.
You can also send an email to Susan Webber @nitzitapii@gmail.com.
It’d be great if all Tribal Chairs would show up in support.
Let’s get IPD recognized in the State of Montana and learn how to celebrate all our ancestral tendrils. If you can’t do any of this, please consider sending good energies for IPD to pass. Nèaše
